This is a portrait of Sir Elton John.  The image is composed of lyrics to his songs, edited & arranged by Artist Nicholas Schleif in a way that forms a narrative expressing my connection to the artist's music.  

The lyrics in this piece are hand painted dot by dot to render Elton's likeness, dressed in the attire that makes up his signature look, on stage doing what he does best - performing his art in front of his fans.
